Belleair new reg – Signed contract with Prop Owner and Date. Oldsmar new reg – All commercial awnings must have a flame Certificate. Clearwater – Fire Dept wants a new Sprinkler Systems installed for new canopies that the existing building has a sp. system. Color Picture w/ Awning now required.
